About the role
We are partnering with a fast‑growing company located just north of Downtown Miami. The Controller will lead the redesign of the finance infrastructure, optimizing systems and processes to support rapid scaling.
Key responsibilities
- Rebuild and modernize the current financial infrastructure.
- Optimize financial systems and processes for a scaling operation.
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities, including project accounting and capital asset management.
- Manage energy cost accounting, utility billing, and colocation revenue models.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in infrastructure, real estate, or other capital‑intensive industries is preferred.
