Accounting Manager

About the role

In this role you will support the overall accounting function of duPont REGISTRY Group. You will perform all elements of the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes, including inventory and revenue management, and play a key role in preparing supporting documentation and analysis for financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements and management reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting function and monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial close, including inventory, revenue management and financial analysis.
• Supervise full‑cycle accounts payable, review disbursements and prepare working capital reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Prepare and review sales commissions and other items critical for payroll processing.
• Manage operating financing facilities, banking arrangements, loan advances and repayments, ensuring proper accounting.
• Review and analyze financial results, prepare variance analyses and supporting schedules for financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, provide schedules and resolve queries, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Work with the Tax team to ensure timely federal, state and local tax filings, including sales and property taxes.
• Perform ad‑hoc reporting and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• CPA designation is a plus with a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and full financial close‑cycle experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic‑thinking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, handle ambiguity and collaborate cross‑functionally.
