Controller – Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Controller acts as a finance business partner to the U.S. leadership team, safeguarding financial integrity while turning operational data into insights that drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long‑term plan for the U.S. organization in close cooperation with the Group Finance Team.
• Analyze monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow results, explain variances and propose corrective actions.
• Lead month‑end close, prepare reporting package for group consolidation and support annual audit and statutory statements.
• Supervise the local accounting team, approve journal entries within authorized limits and manage cash‑flow and working‑capital forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business controlling, FP&A or accounting in an international company.
• Experience in manufacturing, capital equipment or project‑based business is a strong plus.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred; knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS required.
