Controller – Finance & Accounting Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations and drive financial excellence. The role will oversee all core accounting functions, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements and coordinate budget, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Lead regulatory reporting, tax filings, and month‑end / year‑end close processes.
• Develop and document accounting policies, internal controls, and business processes.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects, providing guidance on best practices and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
