Control Room Operator – Manufacturing (HTST)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Control Room Operator to manage the scheduling, processing, and production of dairy and chocolate products in our manufacturing facility. The role works a consistent shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and offers an hourly rate of $24.20.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee product processing and production runs.
• Maintain clean processing areas before and after use.
• Monitor and operate the HTST system using computers and HMI interfaces.
• Adjust milk unloading schedules as needed.
• Coordinate CIP (Clean‑in‑Place) systems according to food‑safety plans.
• Manage chocolate batching operations.
• Identify and report process deviations to management.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and operate machinery safely.
• Report hazards, near‑misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
• Participate in safety trainings and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to meet production priorities.
