About the role

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to partner with recruiters and hiring managers across its fast‑growing technical teams. You will play a pivotal part in building world‑class AI talent by identifying, engaging, and guiding top candidates through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build high‑volume pipelines of qualified technical candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill sets, and team dynamics.
• Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape long‑term talent acquisition strategies for all technical groups.
• Stay current on sourcing best practices, emerging tools, and industry hiring trends.

Required profile

• Proven success filling engineering leadership or senior technical individual‑contributor positions.
• Experience managing high‑volume or evergreen pipelines.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
