Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead productivity and cost‑reduction initiatives across the manufacturing facility. This role drives Lean, Six Sigma and the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) adoption, coaching front‑line leaders and ensuring measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productivity decks and KPI visualisations.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and implement process improvements to lower manufacturing expenses.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across supply chain, purchasing, distribution, R&D, packaging and engineering.
• Implement and train staff on MOS, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Participate in QRMP yearly audits, develop corrective actions and support QRMP system rollout.
• Lead the Site Steering Committee and drive KHMS progression using TRACC.
• Own the Priority One system, ensuring user training and project updates.
• Develop waste analyses, lead plant‑wide 5S initiatives and manage the department budget.
• Supervise and develop Continuous Improvement staff, handling performance management and employee growth.
• Partner with business leaders to execute Six Sigma and Lean projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years leading continuous improvement or transformation projects.
• Green Belt certification required; Black Belt certification preferred.
