Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant (Remote, US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to partner with hiring managers and deliver temporary and contract talent solutions across the United States. This remote position focuses on full‑cycle recruitment, procurement technology utilization, and client‑focused consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of temporary and contract positions.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to define needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Leverage procurement technology tools to move requisitions through internal client processes.
• Provide detailed data and documentation to supply‑chain teams and participate in consultation calls.
• Monitor daily requisition progress, schedule interviews, and negotiate bill rates.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and corrections.
• Maintain focus on market goals, manage competing priorities, and adhere to Kelly’s processes and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management and contingent staffing.
• Strong full‑cycle recruitment background, preferably in temporary/contract environments.
• Ability to consult with clients, assess talent needs, and recommend appropriate delivery solutions.
• Excellent multitasking skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Experience negotiating rates and managing financial aspects of contingent labor.
