Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Contrarian Thinking is building the largest media‑powered investment company focused on Main Street businesses. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to work across all content teams and platform leads to improve performance, conversion, and speed of execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with platform leads on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, podcasts and newsletters to improve strategy, packaging and campaign execution.
• Identify ways content can drive leads, sales, event registrations, newsletter sign‑ups, membership applications and brand authority, improving hooks, CTAs and story flow.
• Brainstorm high‑performing concepts, series, launches, partnerships and campaigns based on trends, audience behavior and platform shifts.
• Organize launch calendars, coordinate campaigns and ensure alignment on messaging, goals and priorities across teams.
• Review analytics, spot patterns across platforms and balance creativity with performance‑marketing thinking.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of both content creation and marketing.
• Experience with creator brands, media companies or fast‑moving startups.
• Obsessed with why content works and strong instincts around hooks, positioning and audience psychology.
• Ability to collaborate with creatives without slowing them down and think in campaigns, not one‑off posts.
• Comfort with rapid execution and ownership.

Required skills

• Strong analytical mindset to review data and identify conversion patterns.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, workflow and production acceleration.
