Consumer Banking Deposit Product Manager

About the role

The Consumer Banking Deposit Product Manager will drive profitable growth of Northwest's retail digital banking and deposit products. This role works cross‑functionally to design, launch, and manage deposit offerings while ensuring compliance and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of consumer and small‑business deposit products, including ideation, design, pricing, fees and ongoing enhancements.
• Monitor portfolio performance (P&L, balances, fee income, attrition) and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Conduct market research, benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for new product features.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, compliance, treasury and training teams to launch products and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as Regulation DD, Regulation E, BSA, Patriot Act and OFAC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 6‑8 years of product management or development experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of U.S. retail deposit regulations and risk‑management principles.
