Consultant Experience Business Partner

About the role

The Consultant Experience Business Partner (CEBP) is responsible for delivering a high‑quality, relationship‑driven experience for consultants throughout their lifecycle, from pre‑start to assignment completion. Working closely with Account Managers and Senior CEBPs, the role ensures consultants feel supported, engaged, and aligned with Dexian’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding activities, including pre‑start outreach, Day 1 and one‑week check‑ins, and distribution of welcome resources.
• Maintain regular monthly contact with assigned consultants, handling questions, providing support, and delivering recognition for milestones.
• Plan and execute engagement touchpoints such as events, lunches, and outreach initiatives.
• Track consultant health metrics (engagement, sentiment, risk indicators) and prioritize outreach based on risk levels.
• Provide performance partnership support, assisting Account Managers with feedback conversations and documenting follow‑ups.
• Identify early signs of disengagement or performance concerns and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultant or employee experience management, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted partner for both consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to interpret health data, identify trends, and drive proactive engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
