Construction Technology Field Specialist

About the role

Rinvio seeks a Construction Technology Field Specialist to support the deployment and operation of robotic and autonomous equipment on construction and infrastructure job sites across the United States. This full‑time, travel‑heavy position requires weekly trips to project sites and occasional night or long‑shift work.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and adjust robotic/autonomous equipment, sensors, electronics, and related systems in active construction environments.
• Collaborate with operators, site leadership, and technical teams to safely integrate equipment into daily operations and document technical issues, performance data, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform testing, calibration, repairs, component installation, and preventative maintenance, often under changing project conditions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with construction, heavy equipment, field service, machinery, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, comfort with tools, electronics, sensors, and field diagnostics, and a safety‑first mindset.
• Willingness to travel weekly, work outdoors on construction sites, lift up to 60 lb, and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

What we offer

• Salary range $115,000‑$125,000 per year, based on experience
