Construction Superintendent – Mega Project (Blue Point)

About the role

CF Industries is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead the greenfield construction of the Blue Point Facility. The role is responsible for overall quality management, planning, execution, and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Project Managers, contractors, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Procurement, Accounting, HR, Legal, Security and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent communication across the construction area.
• Coordinate scheduling interfaces with CF and contract project management to optimize priorities.
• Identify and allocate skilled personnel and resources that influence construction activities.
• Collaborate with Document/Project Controls and Safety to maintain detailed project records and uphold safety/quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing greenfield construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Excellent planning and execution skills.
