About the role

Join a leading construction firm as a Construction Superintendent, overseeing high‑value commercial projects and driving successful delivery through strong leadership and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff across multiple high‑value commercial sites.
• Develop and implement comprehensive site logistics plans.
• Coordinate trade partners, manage scheduling, and define scopes of work.
• Create and maintain construction schedules, providing updates and solutions for new activities.
• Conduct constructability reviews and ensure quality control aligns with project standards.
• Manage coordination with authorities having jurisdiction and oversee required special inspections.
• Enforce safety standards in line with W.M. Jordan requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading construction teams on projects valued at $20M or more.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, logistics, and quality management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with trade partners, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety, mentorship, and continuous professional development.
