About the role
10 Design is looking for an Architect to join its Coral Gables studio. You will support the design and development of large‑scale residential and hospitality projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the overall design quality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop project documents and design solutions for residential and hospitality projects.
- Mentor and oversee junior staff to ensure cohesive design output.
- Present design concepts to clients and review committees.
- Coordinate drawings with other design disciplines.
- Find technical solutions that preserve design intent while meeting code requirements.
- Prepare and edit specifications, select materials and products.
Required profile
- Strong technical background with an eye for design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to mentor junior staff and share design knowledge.
Required skills
- Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
- Understanding of fire safety regulations and accessibility standards.
