Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up Retail (Travel Required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground‑up, big‑box retail projects throughout the Southeast. This is an urgent, high‑priority position with immediate start dates and extensive travel across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily on‑site operations, coordinating subcontractor schedules and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Enforce strict OSHA safety standards and promote a safe work environment.
• Perform daily quality inspections to verify compliance with blueprints and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ground‑up commercial construction.
• Strong background managing big‑box retail builds.
• Hands‑on experience with tilt‑wall construction methods.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites across the Southeast.
