Construction Superintendent – Field Production Leader

About the role

Cascade Fence and Deck is seeking a hands‑on Construction Superintendent to lead field production at our Tumwater location. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of high‑end custom fence, deck and patio‑cover projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the quality our clients expect.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple crews simultaneously, coordinating schedules and field operations.
• Maintain job‑site safety and quality standards throughout each project.
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to keep everyone informed.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members to raise overall performance.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with the PM team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to the development of systems and processes as the branch grows.

Required skills
