Construction Site Superintendent – Lead Modular Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced construction professionals to lead modular construction projects from planning through execution. Whether you are a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Site Superintendent, you will drive project success by managing teams, budgets, and schedules while ensuring safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead modular construction projects from contract award to completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Motivate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones and exceed expectations.
• Monitor project metrics, report status, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Travel to job sites as needed to provide hands‑on leadership and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Construction Manager or Project Manager: 5–8 years of commercial construction experience.
• Site Superintendent: 3–5 years of commercial construction experience with hands‑on field leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and commitment to safety and quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
