Construction Project Manager – West Lafayette, IN

About the role

Marous Brothers Construction is seeking a self‑motivated Construction Project Manager to lead high‑profile, complex building projects on the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette, Indiana. This full‑time, onsite position offers per‑diem support and the opportunity to influence project delivery from start to closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day project operations, including scope management, subcontract agreements, and site coordination.
• Manage contract documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers, addressing issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Minimum three years as a Project Engineer and at least five years independently managing construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Thorough understanding of construction practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
