Construction Project Manager – Residential Windows

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee the full customer experience and vendor relationships for residential replacement window projects, from measurement through final installation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect project sites to determine scope of work and conduct precise window measurements.
• Communicate agreements, negotiate changes with customers, and ensure compliance with licensing and permitting requirements.
• Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors while maintaining safety standards and high workmanship quality.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1‑3 years of project management experience, preferably in residential window installation.
• Strong professionalism, self‑motivation, and excellent communication skills.

• Customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
