Construction Project Manager – Remote (Texas/Midwest)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of complex multi‑phase construction projects across Texas and the Midwest. The role is remote, coordinating cross‑functional teams, external partners and ensuring projects meet schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall direction, completion and financial outcome of multiple retail and construction projects, including tenant improvements, renovations and new builds.
• Manage all project phases – entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, construction, start‑up and close‑out – while coordinating consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations, providing regular status reports to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, oversee contract administration, change orders and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, delivering clear updates and managing expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least three years of construction project management experience (or five years of equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; willingness to travel up to 90 % of the time across the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of building construction standards, ability to read and interpret complex project documents and specifications.
• Excellent time‑management, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with proven ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
