Construction Project Manager – Northeast (Level 1)

About the role

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi‑phase construction projects across the Northeast region. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall direction, completion, and outcomes of assigned retail and construction projects, from entitlement through close‑out.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors, managing budgets, schedules, permits, and change orders.
• Monitor project milestones, provide regular status reports to leadership, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Travel extensively (up to 90% of the schedule) to project sites across the United States.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of construction project management experience, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• PMP certification preferred.
