Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager leads commercial construction projects from the initial sale through final completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role works closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned construction projects from pre‑construction to close‑out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project and review three‑week look‑ahead schedules.
• Secure permits and licenses, oversee buyout negotiations, and manage change order requests.
• Monitor project costs, identify savings opportunities, and ensure accurate billing.
• Conduct regular site meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; OSHA 10 certification.
• Minimum 5 years of construction or related experience with strong knowledge of codes and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screen, background check, and MVR review.
