Construction Project Manager

About the role

C.A. Hull is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead bridge construction and rehabilitation projects across Michigan, overseeing the full project lifecycle from estimating hand‑off to final close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting/control.
• Provide technical direction, ensure compliance with quality standards, laws, and regulations.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial aspects of bridge and DOT heavy‑highway projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of project management experience on bridge or DOT heavy/highway construction projects.
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
