Construction Project Manager – Engineering/Architecture

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking an Engineer/Architect Construction Project Manager Associate to support facilities development across the organization. You will coordinate design and construction activities for small, non‑complex renovation and space‑planning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets for small renovation projects.
• Coordinate documentation of all design and construction activities.
• Maintain relationships with users, consultants, and contractors.
• Review design drawings and construction work to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support multiple project teams from programming through construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Relevant work experience and project‑management experience.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage shifting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and telephone communication skills.
• Registered Architect in Louisiana (if degree is in Architecture) is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit.
• Comfort with Windows‑style applications and data‑entry tools.
