Construction Project Manager – Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through close‑out.
• Maintain responsibility for project schedule, budget, cost control, and reporting.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents to support field operations and site activities.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and scope coordination.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarity and constructability.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers.
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project milestones.
• Oversee project close‑out, commissioning, and warranty documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• General contractor or construction‑management background.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Experience with cost tracking, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
