Construction Project Executive – Healthcare

About the role

AECOM Tishman is seeking a senior Construction Project Executive to lead business development and delivery of major healthcare construction projects across the Greater Boston region. This role will serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and clients, overseeing projects from pre‑construction through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development and project delivery for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, and medical office buildings.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: pre‑construction budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, and contract close‑out.
• Ensure projects are built in accordance with design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule targets.
• Maintain primary fiscal responsibility for assigned projects and act as the key client interface.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of construction experience, including 4 years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in selling, developing, and delivering complex healthcare facilities.
• Experience managing all phases of construction projects from budgeting to close‑out.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations.
• Strong ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary project teams.
