Construction Program Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Construction Systems Integration Manager to lead construction, integration and commissioning activities for a major radio and cellular infrastructure project. You will act as the primary field authority, coordinating across multiple disciplines to ensure system functionality and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction, integration, and commissioning for below‑ground sites, aligning with schedules and technical requirements.
• Coordinate across radio, fiber, IT, and WMATA infrastructure to ensure full system functionality.
• Drive contractor performance, develop schedules, track progress, and ensure accountability for scope delivery.
• Oversee system activation, testing, cut‑over activities and support nighttime/off‑hours operations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex field issues such as fiber connectivity, SFP performance, network configuration, and RF equipment functionality.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and provide detailed reporting to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience, including radio and fiber installation oversight.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Quality control and planning experience.
