Construction Manager, Major Projects

About the role

Spark Power Corp USA is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead safe, on‑schedule and on‑budget execution of high‑voltage and low‑voltage projects. The role provides hands‑on field leadership of electricians, powerline technicians and other skilled trades, supervising site superintendents, foremen and subcontractor crews.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, direct and supervise craft construction crews across high‑voltage and low‑voltage projects.
• Provide day‑to‑day field leadership, setting daily and weekly work plans and production targets.
• Ensure crews have the tools, materials, drawings and equipment needed to execute scopes without delay.
• Oversee subcontractor craft crews, holding them to Spark Power’s safety, quality and productivity standards.

Required profile

• Red Seal/journeyman certification as an Electrician or Powerline Technician.
• 5+ years progressive field experience in high‑voltage or low‑voltage electrical construction.
• 3+ years in construction/site supervision, general foreman or superintendent roles.
• Experience leading large crews on multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑site projects.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites.
