Construction Manager – Gulf Coast Region

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead operations and estimating teams across the Southern United States, primarily in South Louisiana and Texas. This role requires strategic planning, on‑site leadership, and extensive travel to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational and estimating strategies, including risk mitigation plans.
• Manage all job‑site personnel and enforce site safety protocols.
• Coordinate permits, project schedules, and close‑out documentation.
• Oversee quality control, address deviations, and ensure corrective actions.
• Attend OSHA inspections, safety meetings, progress meetings, and final walk‑throughs.
• Approve field PTO requests and report attendance to executive management.
• Identify high‑risk areas, conduct interviews, and improve business processes.
• Gather field feedback, present insights to senior leadership, and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Construction Manager.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Strong commitment to safety and SSHE programs.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as project needs dictate.
