Construction Foreman – Site Supervision

About the role

Keeley Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on‑site crews, ensure safety, and maintain project schedules. You will act as the primary liaison between front‑line workers, engineers, and clients, helping to deliver high‑quality construction work on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist other foremen and craft supervisors in maintaining a safe workplace.
• Review drawings and specifications, communicating current information to front‑line supervisors.
• Track project schedules and cost reports, adjusting crew assignments as needed.
• Schedule crews, equipment, and materials for each work package.
• Plan installation sequences to avoid conflicts with other trades.
• Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor material deliveries and equipment availability to sustain productivity.
• Lead safety meetings, emphasizing compliance with company and regulatory procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, inspectors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Synchronize activities with other craft supervisors to eliminate field conflicts.

Required profile

• Minimum of four years of relevant construction foreman experience.
• Ability to travel up to 100% to job sites as required.
• Willingness to wear required safety equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness, etc.).
• Agreement to complete a pre‑employment assessment and drug screening.
