Construction Drywall Project Manager – Technology/Data Centers

About the role

The Drywall Project Manager will lead multiple commercial drywall projects, primarily for technology and data center environments, overseeing each phase from hand‑off to completion while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, including personnel supervision.
• Attend on‑site meetings with clients and process RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and daily job reports.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Coordinate material, equipment, contracts, and budgets while maintaining compliance with local, city, and state building codes.
• Implement quality‑control procedures, track costs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial drywall, with exposure to technology/data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Excellent organizational ability and capacity to multitask.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on schedule adherence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in processing RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and material coordination.
