Conflicts Analyst / Attorney

About the role

Greenberg Traurig is seeking a Conflicts Analyst/Attorney to join its Intake Team. The position works closely with firm attorneys and the Conflicts & Intake department to review new matters, identify potential conflicts, and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough conflicts checks on new business, evaluating parties, positions, and potential “stop issues.”
• Communicate with lateral candidates to gather accurate client and related‑party information.
• Administer the conflicts review process and resolve issues in line with GT policies.
• Perform data analysis and research using electronic databases to support conflict assessments.
• Document conflict‑related information, maintain records, and capture institutional knowledge.
• Escalate ethical conflicts or unresolved matters to the requesting attorney or Conflicts Manager.
• Assist with additional department activities as needed.
