Conference & Events Management Intern

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a Conference & Events Management Intern to support planning, coordination, and execution of events within the 4th District. This role offers hands‑on experience in event logistics, marketing material creation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of conferences and events.
• Create marketing materials, manage attendee lists, and assist with onsite production.
• Collaborate with the events team and key stakeholders to meet deliverables.
• Assist with setup, operations, and breakdown of events, including possible travel for onsite support.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, focusing on Business Management or Hospitality Management.
• At least one semester remaining in the program.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green‑card holder.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Strong computer/technical skills.
