Concrete Superintendent – South Central District

About the role

Kiewit is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to lead on‑site construction activities across the South Central District. You will act as the primary Kiewit representative, coordinating with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and field crews to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication between client representatives, inspectors, subcontractors, and Kiewit personnel.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on‑site functions such as scheduling, material control, and field personnel direction.
• Oversee grading, drainage, paving, utility, and concrete work to ensure precision and compliance.
• Evaluate execution against contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide status updates, identify issues, and advise the project team on risks and cost impacts.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in heavy‑civil or transportation construction supervision.
• Proven ability to lead field crews and manage subcontractor performance.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal teams.
