Concrete Construction Laborer – Albuquerque, NM

About the role

The Laborer provides essential support to the construction team on concrete projects in Albuquerque. This physically demanding position involves handling materials, operating tools, and maintaining a safe, clean job site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, including site clean‑up and material movement using hand or equipment.
• Operate motorized equipment such as power tools, saws, hammers, and rigging gear.
• Pour vertical concrete and install or remove formwork according to instructions.
• Rig materials for crane hoisting and handle form material removal, cleaning, stacking, and banding.

Required profile

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb.
• Comfort with walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Safety‑conscious, alert, and capable of working in fast‑paced outdoor environments.
• Minimum 6 months experience in formwork or concrete construction labor.
