Concierge – Union Heights

About the role

The Concierge at Union Heights provides front‑line resident services, acting as the primary point of contact for prospects, residents, and visitors. This role ensures a welcoming environment, coordinates community amenities, and supports daily operations of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage lobby flow, and ensure comfort while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment, cleanliness, and readiness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and manage delivery logs.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and nurture relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and reaching.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strength to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
