Concierge – Residential Community (Edina, MN)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a friendly and organized Concierge to support residents and visitors at The Bower community in Edina, MN. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily operations for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects, residents, and visitors, providing assistance and information.
• Answer and route phone calls, handle service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, ensure cleanliness and proper payment.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before office opening.
• Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community amenities.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfort working in all weather conditions and handling items up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support.
