About the role
The Concierge (Atlas) provides front‑desk support and resident services for a high‑rise, stabilized community of 633 units. You will be the primary point of contact for residents, prospects, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and implement resident programs and services.
- Greet prospects and residents, manage lobby flow, and maintain a comfortable waiting area.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service request callbacks.
- Maintain guest suite schedules, ensure cleanliness, and process payments.
- Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before office opening.
- Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and manage delivery logs.
- Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided amenities.
- Assist with scheduling and promoting resident activities and programs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in concierge services, front‑desk operations, or property security management.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, including lifting and climbing ladders.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Flexible schedule: Friday to Tuesday, 10 pm – 7 am.
