About the role
The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Baxter on Broadway community. This full‑time position involves day‑to‑day bookkeeping, rent collection, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks for a 134‑unit, mid‑rise property.
- Prepare monthly close‑out and financial reports.
- Process invoices, collect rent, fees, and other payments.
- Complete bank deposits, account reconciliations, and dispositions.
- Utilize property management software to record, track, and report all financial activities.
- Maintain a Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 AM‑6 PM schedule.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of related experience in property management or real‑estate finance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property management software.
