Concessions Cook - Coca-Cola Amphitheater

About the role

The Concessions Cook at the Coca-Cola Amphitheater prepares and cooks food items that deliver high quality taste and appearance, satisfying guests and helping to maximize food revenues. The position is advertised by Legends Global, a hospitality agency that works with brands across professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare, hold and serve products at the correct temperatures, and rotate, label and date all products properly.
• Use the right utensils and portions, and keep the work area clean, sanitized and organized.
• Keep management informed of food quantities and quality in preparation, on the line and in holding cabinets.
• Coordinate orders so they are cooked on time and accurately, and help restock paper supplies and food items.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as set out in the Employee Training Manual, and follow sanitary practices for food handling and kitchen/serving area maintenance.
• May be assigned to work multiple stations during a shift, and assist other positions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Able to follow written and oral directions, work under pressure and independently.
• Willingness to follow safety policies, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
