COMSEC Logistics Support Specialist

About the role

Competitive Range Solutions seeks an experienced COMSEC Logistics Support Specialist to join the COMSEC management team at the customer site in Fort Meade, MD. You will manage cryptographic key ordering, distribution, and documentation while supporting a DoD environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for COMSEC authority work orders, projects, and queries.
• Coordinate key order requests, track delivery status, and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, and weekly/monthly metrics for the customer.
• Attend multiple team and customer meetings each week to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with at least 5 years of logistics/warehouse experience, or high school diploma/GED with 7 years of COMSEC logistics experience.
• Active Top Secret U.S. Government clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Demonstrated experience in a DoD customer environment and multi‑contractor team integration.

Required skills

• Distributed INFOSEC Accounting System (DIAS) inventory system.
• Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, and Access (intermediate level).
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Knowledge of COMSEC key ordering, management, and NSA keying requirements.
