Compliance Program Manager

About the role

The Compliance Program Manager will report to the Head of Compliance and lead internal and cross‑functional projects that drive Saronic’s compliance initiatives. You will translate broad objectives into detailed plans, coordinate across multiple departments, and help build bespoke compliance tools to support a rapidly scaling maritime autonomy company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end compliance projects, defining scope, milestones, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Security, Supply Chain, Production, Mission Operations, People and Finance to advance compliance work.
• Track team commitments, run operating cadences and prepare leadership materials.
• Design and implement internal tools, workflows and tracking systems for export controls, spectrum authorisation, ethics, anti‑bribery, investigations and international compliance.
• Provide project management and documentation support for internal investigations and translate compliance requirements into practical guidance.
• Develop reporting and metrics on program health, gaps and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project‑heavy roles such as program management, product management, business operations, consulting, chief of staff, military service or legal/compliance operations.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi‑team projects with strong attention to detail and sound prioritisation.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to distil complex issues into clear summaries.
• Ability to build relationships across functions and navigate competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
