Compliance Officer – ETF

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Compliance Officer to support its 1940 Act ETFs across the Americas. The role focuses on monitoring, testing, and regulatory support while ensuring consistent reporting and policy adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily compliance monitoring, reporting and testing activities for ETF products.
• Support responses to regulatory exams, internal audits and ad‑hoc inquiries.
• Advise business partners on policy interpretation and escalate potential issues.
• Maintain and improve compliance procedures, workflows and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting ETFs and investment advisers.
• Prepare client and internal board reporting materials.
• Participate in projects involving technology, data analysis, surveillance and other compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting or a similar function.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with global compliance teams and regulators.
