Compensation Analyst – Global Compensation

About the role
The Compensation Analyst will work within the Office of Global Compensation, supporting American Pay Processing for U.S. Foreign Service, Civil Service, and Retiree payrolls worldwide. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, analysis, auditing, and monitoring for employees both domestically and overseas.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare bi‑monthly Time & Attendance (T&A) reports.
- Calculate pay, manage individual leave accounts, and allocate pay allotments.
- Support one or more payroll teams (Benefits/Entry on Duty, Alliances, Leave, Separations, Remaining Deductions/Additional Entitlements).
- Receive, research, analyze, and process specialized pay actions.
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely processing of T&A data in proprietary financial systems.
Required profile
- Experience in payroll processing, analysis, auditing, and monitoring.
- Ability to handle specialized pay actions and maintain high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
