Community Manager – Woodland Hills, CA

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized 362‑unit property in Woodland Hills. You will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial performance, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and manage coding to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage the petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Community Manager in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating with owners, contractors, and residents.
