Community Manager – Vara Sun Valley

About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Vara Sun Valley property, ensuring a high‑quality living experience for residents while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
- Lead and develop on‑site staff, scheduling work and monitoring performance.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and drive revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
- Support lease‑up activities for the 320‑unit garden‑style community.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
