Community Manager – The Lincoln

About the role

The Lincoln community needs a proactive manager to oversee daily operations, lead the on‑site team, and ensure the property meets its financial and service goals. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting of payments.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Drive resident satisfaction through community events, communication, and issue resolution.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate financial performance.
• Excellent knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations.
