Community Manager – Lakewood Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Lakewood property located in Greenwood Village. The role oversees daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience for an assigned multifamily community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor performance trends.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including approving applications, processing renewals, conducting inspections, issuing notices, handling evictions, and collecting fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to implement leasing and marketing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related housing regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and control costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on enforcing lease terms and handling resident issues.
