Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to drive engagement on TikTok and Instagram, ensuring our clients’ brands stay at the forefront of cultural conversations. You will actively monitor trends, interact with user‑generated content and support the creative team in real‑time social amplification.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively comment on trending TikTok content and conduct daily keyword searches to uncover engagement opportunities.
• Monitor, curate and reshare user‑generated content and influencer posts across platforms.
• Participate in daily content sweeps, flag real‑time moments and collaborate with the creative team to publish approved UGC on Instagram Stories.
• Jump on viral trends to keep brands culturally relevant and top‑of‑mind.
• Monitor social channels for negative sentiment or emerging risks and promptly escalate concerns to internal teams.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for social media with deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, culture and tone of voice.
• Proven community‑management experience, preferably in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability to craft engaging, real‑time copy.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for multiple client voices.
